  • Biomechanics of practice

Lunch

Afternoon

  • Yoga philosophy and it’s application to your life
  • Teaching methods
  • Practice teaching, sequencing, journaling

Evening

  • Discussion, Restorative yoga, mediatation
Daily schedule is similar for the 200 or 300 hour Open Source Yoga teacher training in Vancouver B.C. or Texada Island, B.C.
