Dan came to yoga for its healing benefits and fell in love with the practice. His approach to teaching the art and science of Yoga is light-hearted – inclusive of everyone’s limitations and strengths, and dynamic – offering encouragement to move beyond perceived boundaries. Dan is the creator and primary instructor of Open Source Yoga’s 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training program held in Vancouver, B.C. and on Texada Island, B.C. Dan regularly contributes articles on yoga practice and philosophy to several journals and teaches trainings and workshops internationally

  Scott Kellsey – Anatomy and more

Scott’s journey into understanding the body and human movement started early on in his life. He trained in Shaolin Kung-fu for 12 years and after attaining a rank of black belt, began to teach beginner and intermediate adult and youth classes. In 2011, Scott graduated at the top of his class from M.H.Vicars massage therapy school in Edmonton,AB. Since that time Scott has helped to relieve muscular pain and dysfunction in hundreds of people. Scott has a passion for anatomy as well as a keen understanding of biomechanics and human kinetics. Combining this clinical experience with a personal interest in yoga, as well as a daily home practice, led Scott to attain his 200 hour yoga teacher training certification with Daniel Clement through Open Source Yoga in 2017.
