Thai yoga massage training
Thai Yoga Massage is done with loose-fitting clothing on a mat. A comfortable amount of pressure and rhythmic movement facilitates relaxation of the nervous system and increased joint range of motion.
Sessions are 45 min.

A Knead Yoga session will empower you to practice a few key techniques for home yoga practice, and provide deep relaxation and tissue healing via the Thai Massage portion. A course of 6 sessions will allow you to develop your own home practice.

About the teacher
Daniel Clement has trained over 600 teachers since 2007 in China, Japan and British Columbia. He’s been practicing yoga since the 1990‘s and wrote the course manual “Teaching Hatha Yoga” that is used by many studios as a foundation for their teacher trainings as well as “Knead Yoga” – the course manual for therapeutic and Thai yoga massage training.
